textbooks and cleft palates.

Bet you're wondering where I'm going with a title like that, huh?

Did you guys know that you can rent text books online?  Probably you did.  I feel like I live under a rock most days.

But, did you guys know that there is an online bookstore that rents texts books and helps a great cause at the same time?  Campus Book Rentals donates 35% to 45% of every textbook rental to Operation Smile.  So if a customer rents a book that costs $50 through their site, they are committed to donate $20 to Operation Smile, which is an international children’s charity that provides reconstructive surgery for children born with facial deformities (cleft lip and cleft palate.)

How awesome is that?

Every text book rented helps a child in need.

So if you know someone in college or perhaps you are still studying perhaps you will consider textbook rentals from Campus Book Rentals.

The perks:
-savings, up to 40-90%, off bookstore prices (click here for a price comparison)
-free shipping both ways
-highlighters allowed in textbooks
-flexible renting periods
-help kiddos in need through Operation Smile (that’s the best one of all!)

Here’s some facts about Operation Smile from their website:

Ever three minutes a child is born with a cleft, unable to eat, speak, socialize or smile. In some places these children are shunned and rejected. And it too many cases, their parents can’t afford to give them the surgeries they need to live a normal life.  That’s where Operation Smile comes in as an international charity providing much needed surgical services.  Since 1982, Operation Smile --- through the help of dedication medical volunteers --- has provided more than 2 million patient evaluation and over 200,00 free surgeries for children and young adults born with cleft lips, cleft palates, and other facial deformities.

Will you help spread the word about Campus Book Rentals and Operation Smile?
